Enabling AI in your think tank

Louise Dunby has been working with the Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) looking at how they can be more systematic in their AI enablement work. We have invited Louise to speak on her work with CLTR but also to share the lessons that will be useful and relevant for other think tanks, including how to get started with limited resources.
This webinar will draw on CLTR’s experience of developing and implementing a systematic approach to AI enablement. CLTR has taken a forward-leaning approach to AI adoption, both to improve its own work and to model thoughtful, responsible use as an AI safety organisation.
The session will cover each CLTR’s approach, including:
- Identifying the organisation’s starting point and the support staff needed.
- Managing the cultural change involved in embedding AI across the organisation.
- Developing guidance, training and practical support, and taking a proportionate approach to risk.
- Reflections on use cases and limitations of AI.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask Louise questions during the webinar.
