Member Summer Drinks

For the first time, this summer we hosted Member Summer Drinks! Our members braved the phenomenal heat to join us on a roof terrace overlooking the Thames and mingle with their peers from across a range of different think tanks. It was great to see so many of the network in more relaxed and fun mode!

Strategic communications training

July was the month for our two-part strategic communications training! Hannah took a small group through how you can start to think strategically about your think tank’s communications, the purpose of a comms strategy, how to define your comms goals, map your audience, create a channel strategy and accurately measure success and have that inform your strategy going forward.

AI workshop

This workshop was a new type of event for members. Instead of a presenter leading us in a webinar we invited everyone from the membership to join us for a guided discussion on how they are using AI in their work, which tools would they recommend and how their think tank is encouraging experimentation but also implementing guardrails.
