When robots meet research: Next steps for think tanks comms in the age of AI

We’re now more than three years into the AI revolution, and most think tank comms teams have got the basics down. But some are streaking ahead. What are they doing differently? And how can the rest of us catch up?
Join us as John Schwartz, CEO of Soapbox, dives into the trends shaping comms when robots meet research. We’ll look at:
- AI for media monitoring and social listening – who is talking about your issues and where should you be present in the debate?
- AI use by policymakers – how are politicians and officials using AI to find, digest and utilise your research?
- AI for content creation – how can LLMs speed up content production across platforms, channels and audiences? And how do we maintain nuance, maintain message discipline and avoid adding to a tidal wave of AI slop?
- AI for discoverability – how can you optimise your content to be found by LLMs, how can you monitor this, and how can you create custom AI bots to improve findability within your own website?
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask John questions during the webinar.
